— Hotel accommodation is required for all weddings 2 hours away from Calgary.
— Hotel accommodation is required for all weddings outside of Calgary from the months of November-March.
— Adding extra artists to speed up the getting ready process is available, but must be discussed well in advance to ensure availability of our artists.
— Travel & parking fees are calculated based on the location of your venue.
— For Bridal parties that exceed 6 people additional artists are required for quality control and timing.
— Trials are reserved for clients who have secured their wedding with Bare Beauty.
— Minimum booking of the Bride + 4 people is required for all Friday-Sunday weddings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are trials mandatory?
Absolutely not! BUUUT we do highly recommend them. It's a great chance to meet the artists you'll be spending your morning with, and a wonderful way for us to get to know you better! Trials eliminate any pre-wedding day stress by taking out the unknown factor of how you'll look on your wedding day! They are perfect for trying something new, and really nailing down the exact vibe and style you want to achieve on the wedding day.
Can I make changes to services after I've booked?
We allow for additional services to be added to your booking, however once you have secured your date you can not remove them. We always suggest booking at our minimum service and if needed adding more services later on!
How long will hair and makeup take?
For all bridal services we allocate 2-2.5 hours. For attendant styling, each service will take anywhere from 45 min-1 hour.
